CONDITIONS OF USE

• Reservations must be confirmed prior to arrival. 
• Gift Vouchers must be presented upon check-in at the hotel prior to any services being used. 
• Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged wholly or partly for cash (nor will any change be given).
• All Gift Voucher purchases are final, non refundable, not changeable.
• Gift Voucher can be used only for the purchased services under the described conditions.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

The rates are per room based on double occupancy (rooms), 2+1 occupancy (suites) and include:

• Welcome drink and fruit upon arrival
• BB – Bed and Breakfast buffet menu or set menu accommodation
• A guided stroll through the Complex vineyards and Estate farm
• Use of: 30-32°C indoor pool; 37-39°C Jacuzzi; sauna, steam bath, spa bench, ice fountain and adventure showers; relaxation & halotherapy salt room
• Use of outdoor decent-sized pool, a Jacuzzi and a children's pool with a waterslide  (summer-season)

100% prepayment is required for this rate 3 days after confirmation of reservation. The voucher becomes active after receiving the deposit on the hotel's payment account.

Cancellation:

20% prepayment is required for this rate 3 days after confirmation of reservation.

Reservation cancellations or changes without getting charged is possible up to 10 days before check-in. In default of appearance, a cancellation or reservation change 5 days before the date of arrival, the full cost of the deposit is reserved to be used for future reservations within 6 months. After this deadline, the fine for the default of appearance and cancellation represents 100% of the disbursed deposit.
