The rates are per room in BGN (Bulgarian Lev) based on double occupancy (rooms), 2+1 occupancy (suites) and include:

Cancellation:

20% prepayment is required for this rate 3 days after confirmation of reservation.

Reservation cancellations or changes without getting charged is possible up to 10 days before check-in. In default of appearance, a cancellation or reservation change 5 days before the date of arrival, the full cost of the deposit is reserved to be used for future reservations within 6 months. After this deadline, the fine for the default of appearance and cancellation represents 100% of the disbursed deposit.
